Proudflesh Powder 50G

Proudflesh Powder is a topical caustic agent.

Composition
The powder contains 14,25% finely-divided copper sulphate in a base of activated carbon.

Indications
It is used for the reduction of proudflesh in horses. The powder is sprayed onto the area to be treated and covered with an occlusive dressing. Scabs when they form should be removed and the powder re-applied until the proudflesh is reduced.
